Life has thrown some crazy things at me lately, but I am so glad to be back shooting and blogging and generally doing what I love. And boy, do I love this shoot from a couple weeks ago! Tromping around historic Oregon City, all the signs of Fall, laughing non-stop, COSTUMES! Pure awesomeness. I am really looking forward to this wedding in a couple weeks…

This gorgeous session at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma was just one of the reasons for our Seattle trip a couple weeks ago. I love shooting in this park! So many amazing little corners and pops of color everywhere. Of course, when we arrived they were setting up for the Taste of Tacoma festival, but you’d never know it by our images

It was back to our favorite location in Downtown Vancouver, the Academy grounds. So much variety! So many new little niches to discover! This great couple has been a fan of our work for awhile now and we had a terrific time traipsing around and capturing their laughs and smiles. They will be getting married in the Academy chapel in August and I, for one, am so excited to get an actual bridal shoot on these grounds.
