I’m now offering a new Mini Session and this adorable family was the first to try it out! With up to three people, and 30 minutes on-location, fast-paced and fun is the name of the game. Overcoming challenges (the cold, the wet, the setting sun, the cute little sprite) and working with a small area and limited time still resulted in some excellent images and memories for this family.
First Mini Session = complete success!
This was possibly our coldest session to date up at the gorgeous Burnt Bridge Trail in Hazel Dell. We didn’t have to work too hard to great some really great smiles out of this mixed family session, however! These guys were hilarious. Have you ever seen such a great collection of hair in a family session?
Another gorgeous and sunny Fall day in Portland! It took a bit of coaxing and some playtime to get real smiles, but it was worth the effort.
I love this family! I’ve been privileged to be their photographer for over 7 years now and I’ve loved watching them grow. We now live a state apart, but we still make the annual Fall session happen. This time we headed over to a gorgeous park in NE Portland and gave the boys a chance to get some energy out on the playground before shooting. I’m looking forward to Senior Portraits, Weddings, more Babies, etc with this amazing family!
Oh this delightful pair! Our shoot was threatened with rain and we were even sprinkled on a bit, but that did not deter the cuteness and smiles. One thing about all the Pacific Northwest rain: look how incredibly green our area is! Brave the rain and you end up with gorgeous light, spectacular color and the fun of changing the direction of a session while you are shooting! I love my weather-brave clients a little bit extra…
